Bank Feeds connects a company to its bank accounts through Akahu. Connecting is a good time to review the system password policy, because a strong policy limits what a guessed or shared password can reach. The recommended settings are listed below and are set on System Settings - Passwords tab. See Bank Feeds.
When you click Connect to Akahu, or select Bank Feeds Enabled on a bank account, while the policy is weaker than these settings, Accredo asks This system's password policy is weak. Continue anyway? You can continue and review the settings later.

Changing the password policy needs access to System Settings, and it applies to the whole system. Users whose passwords no longer meet the policy must change them at their next login, and any scheduled task, script or integration that signs in with a stored password must be updated to match. Plan the change with the person who administers the system.
New systems are created with these settings. The ACCREDO master user password must be changed from the default before additional users can be added.
